Efforts to Support the Next Generation of Education

We have set the following targets in order to create an employment environment in which all employees can demonstrate their abilities and to contribute to measures to support the development of the next generation in the region.

  1. To reduce overtime work, a no-overtime day will be set and implemented (continued). Promote the implementation of no overtime day by continuing to visualize in-house public information on the results of the no overtime day.
  2. Annual paid holidays shall be taken for six days or more per person per year.
    • Differences in the number of days of annual paid holidays taken resulted in understanding of acquisition results and in-house encourage all employees to take paid holidays for more than 6 days a year through public relations activities and create an environment in which all employees can take paid holidays. Acquisition status shall be summarized every 6 months, and the status of acquisition shall be visualized through in-house publications.
