Processing Overview

・A composite film of conversion coating pre-treatment and a solid lubricant film is used to form a strong lubricant film with excellent sliding property It is effective in severe lubricating environments where wear resistance and seizure resistance are required.
・It is even more effective than manganese phosphate coatings in a harsh load environment requiring more abrasion and seizure resistance. It is a coating process that disperses solid lubricants such as molybdenum disulfide, graphite, and fluorocarbon polymers into binder resins to impart lubricity.

・In addition to fluorocarbon polymers, graphite, and molybdenum disulfide, which are solid lubricants, organic or inorganic binders are selected to provide the optimal lubricating film for a wide range of sliding conditions.
・Treatment is performed at low temperatures, up to a maximum of 120℃, so there is no concern that the steel material will be softened.
